Law No.146/2014 on Public Notification and Consultation

At the University of Elbasan “Alexander Xhuvani”, the drafting of bylaws is implemented in pursuance of the rights and freedoms of the basic and main units (departments and faculties), referred to “Law No. 80/2015 on Higher Education and Scientific Research in Higher Education Institutions in the Republic of Albania ”. The Academic Senate and the Board of Administration decides on the approval of the proposed acts.
