What is the Transparency Program at the University of Elbasan “Alexander Xhuvani”?

This program sets out the legal framework of the activity of the Authority within Law no. 119/2014 “On the right to information” (LDI). The program is regarded as a concrete way in which the public authority (onwards the EU) builds and enhances its institutional transparency, under the guarantee of the LDI. EU will occasionally update the Transparency Program, in accordance with point 2 of Article 5 of the LDI.
