Announcement on the start of the electoral process and the date of the elections for the student council of the University of Elbasan “Alexander Xhuvani”
Pursuant to Law No. 80/2015, dated 22.07.2015 “On Higher Education and Scientific Research in Higher Education Institutions in the Republic of Albania”, Article 68 of the Statute of the University of Elbasan “Alexander Xhuvani”, Regulation “On Organizing the elections for the Student Council of the University of Elbasan "Alexander Xhuvani". In support of the orders of the Rector, no. 84, 85, 86 dated 30.10.2023 Students are notified of the start of the election process for the Student Council at the University of Elbasan “Alexander Xhuvani”.
Within 02.11.2023, interested parties are required to submit to the Protocol Archive Office the self-candidacy requirements for a member or secretary of the Student Election Commission and a member of the Student Appeals Commission.
The Student Electoral Commission with the support of the EU Administrator and Administration, based on Article 9, paragraph 8 on the competencies of the KGSF and Article 16, paragraph 3, is committed to establishing appropriate and equal conditions for all candidates guaranteeing the well -being of the whole process.
Gender Equality Plan of the University of Elbasan "Alexander Xhuvani" for the period June 1, 2023-31 May 2024
The University of Elbasan "Aleksander Xhuvani" is preparing for the first time the gender equality plan (GEP), under the AKKSH project, funded by policy Answers. GEP's goal is to develop actions and implement measures that will bring about systematic institutional changes by addressing gender prejudice to universities, at an initial stage of implementing gender equality measures and promoting the use of gender budgeting (GB) within GEP.
